This summer, enjoy a fresh and vibrant menu designed to celebrate flavour, balance, and variety at the Kingfisher Restaurant & Bar.
Our Summer Salad Selection is light, colourful, and full of texture — from the Japanese Poke Bowl layered with fresh vegetables, avocado and sesame, to the crisp Vietnamese Salad with tangy dressing and crushed peanuts, and a classic Horiatiki Greek Salad finished with feta, olives and tzatziki. Add grilled chicken, seared salmon or grilled beef to make it your own.
For something more substantial, our Chef’s Specials and Mains bring bold, crowd-pleasing flavours. Enjoy favourites such as Butter Chicken or Prawns, Oyster Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry, Kung Pao Chicken, Fiji-style Coconut Fish Curry, or comforting classics like Pork Donburi — all served with steamed rice and prepared fresh to order.
