Here at Hotel Lake Brunner, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a diverse selection of treatment including function facilities. In the past we have held conferences, Christmas functions, weddings and parties, and our experience in organising these events has always led to successful events. From our formal function room, to our more casual outdoor area, and whether you decide to utilise our Kingfisher Restaurant and Bar, we’re sure to be able to suit your needs!
Conference/Formal Dining room
Our conference room can seat up to 35 people for sit-down dining, or can be converted to a more casual layout for those looking at hosting an event with a more casual set up. With a large TV screen perfect for presentations, this room can be used as strictly a conference room, with the table formations changed to allow for different types of seating to suit your needs.
Outdoor Area
In a place as beautiful as Lake Brunner, we find that our clientele often enjoy utilising our expansive outdoor area. With a front deck overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains – not to mention the famous West Coast sunsets, we are able to set up a slightly more casual area for those looking for a breath of fresh air. This option is perfect for those looking for a relaxed Summertime event.
Catering
Onsite at Hotel Lake Brunner is our Kingfisher Restaurant and Bar. For those looking to add catering to their event, we offer a selection of choices including a set menus, buffets, or a la carte. As always, we endeavour to put your needs first, and are flexible with pricing and dietary needs, so that no matter your group size or budget, you will be well catered for. At the Kingfisher we us local New Zealand – and West Coast produce, and have a range of New Zealand wines, beer and spirits available.
Accommodation
For those looking to host an overnight event, we have a range of accommodation available at the Hotel, and in the case of group bookings are often able to run special rates so that you are able to maximise the quality of your experience, without having to stretch the budget. Whether you are after corporate studio suites and apartments, or authentic West Coast luxury, we have room to sleep over 70 people at our piece of paradise.
