Booking Essentials & Refund Policy
• Please book at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows our team enough time to prepare the wood-fired hot tub with natural spring water.
• Each session is 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
• Please check in at Hotel Lake Brunner reception 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Refund Policy:
• Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your session.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
